Anita Briem, an Icelandic actress, is a well-known. Anita Briem is an Icelandic actress. Her most well-known role is the role of Jane Seymour, the young girl who would become the 3rd queen of Henry VIII on the television series The Tudors. Briem started her acting career at age 9 in the National Theater in Iceland. In her homeland of Iceland she participated in numerous plays, radio broadcasts and TV programs as an actress in her early years. Briem was able to move from Iceland into London at the age of 16 where he took part in the stage production Lenin's Love. at 19, Briem was accepted at the world-renowned Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), where she was a student for three years. It was here that she received a diploma in drama and also the John Barton Prize in the category of Scenic Fight.
